El Willy is a Shanghai-based chef from Barcelona who’s become a real celebrity by taking our open, pleasant, friendly culture to the East. And his brand of table wine couldn’t be any different. To create the name, we had to play with a table in the same way as El Willy plays with gastronomy. “Patas arriba” stands for “topsy-turvy” in Spanish.
